S1/S2 Visa for family

Hi sir ! I’m married to Chinese and I’ve a Q myself now. I want to bring my parents and one unmarried sister to China! What documents are required? I see on website it’s written S is applied only if foreigner is working or studying in China. But I don’t have any proof of work or study in China. Please help.

Hi, Ali, they can apply for S type to visit you in China. They can provide passport, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter from you or your husband and copy of his Chinese ID card or your residence permit and passport, as well as your relationship certificate.
