About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

bucharest - beijing -bangkok

Hello,
We want to book flights on this route: Bucharest - Beijing - Bangkok - Singapore - Bucharest.
We are romanian citizens and we need visa to Thailand but we have possibility to buy it from Bangkok airport.
Do you think we can take transit visa to Beijing without having Thailand entry permit?
