About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Hi, overstayed 2 months in Hong kong

Im jessie i am overstayed 2 months in Hong kong before i have working visa as a domestic helper, and then i did not return, that was 2015, and wanted to apply as a tourist in Hong Kong is there any chance that i can come back again in Hong Kong? Please help me, im from Philippines.

Jessie, if you have valid visa or entry permit in HK, in my opinion, you are allowed to return to HK. If you are still worried, you can contact HK immigration department to inquire this.
