About:China Transit Visa

Hi, British passport holder

I am hoping to arrive in Beijing by train and leave within 24hrs. What type of visa would I need and what is the cost?

Jane, you don't need to apply for a visa if you will go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in Beijing,and the total layover time in mainland China is less than 24 hours.
