where to get sim card? can i purchase it at haikou meilan airport?

Will I be able to purchase SIM card at the airport?I read that the SIM card does not allow access to google without VPN. Any idea regarding this? Can I access google map? If not, I will need to use their local map.

You may buy the SIM Card from the Xingfengyu Convenience Store in the International Terminal. As for Google map, I’m afraid it can’t be used and Baidu Map or Amap is recommended!
