About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

WHAT IS PENALTY FOR 2 1/2 YEARS OVER STAYING IN CHINA

My sister was in china for almost 2 years she decided to go home but he sacred to go to the embassy? what she will do need help please!!!

Usually, she needs to pay CNY500 per day after overstaying, but the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. She is advised to report the situation to the police station as soon as possible. The sooner, the better. Good luck.
