About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Japanese Working Holiday Visa

Hello,

I am Australian, working in Japan (Hakuba) with a Working Holiday entry permit. Am I able to send my passport to the Tokyo office to get a tourist L for China?

No. The mailed application is not accepted by the CVASC. You should go there in person to submit the application or find someone else to do that on your behalf.

If you have valid Japan residence permit, you can make the application from there.
