144 hour transit visa in Shanghai

I am a Danish citizen and travelling from Taipei to Shanghai on a Friday and continuing on to the Netherlands and Denmark the following Tuesday. Can I get a 144 hour transit visa in Shanghai to stay there until Tuesday ?
