Transfer to domestic flight in T3, PEK

I will arrive in Beijing airport in T3 from Rome with Alitalia and I have to check in for domestic flight in T3 with Air China. I just need to go with escalator on floor 4 please? After baggage claim I will find escalator to go up? And where can I find left baggage counters? Thank you if anyone knows.
