About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Canadian passport holder travel to hong Kong.

Flight 1 from Toronto, Canada to Hong Kong via Shanghai Pudong.
Flight 2 from Hong Kong to Toronto via Pudong.
Can I stay over for 3 or 4 days in Shanghai TWOV?
