About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Hi! I fly from Japan to Shanghai back to Japan to connect to USA & Argentina is it ok? thanks

Japan > China > Japan is not a Transit so Visa will be required. Ultimate destination doesn't matter. Is where you are immediately before and your next stop that determines eligibility.0
