About:Chinese Embassy in Venezuela

Can I apply for a visa for my mother?

She lives in Venezuela, we are planing on visiting Shanghai in July or August, she will be here in the USA with me for 2 months I am an American citizen. I will like to apply for both of our visas here in the USA. Can I do that?
