About:China Visa

I Am going to china for L visa afterwards i will process my temporary residence.

What are the requirements for the temporary residence permit? Can i get in china or philippines.

If you apply for L type, I'm afraid you cannot get the temporary residence permit. It's only for long-term Z, X, or S type.

Can i apply for S type even though we do not have a proof of kinsip? I am only his girlfriend.
