If you make the application within China, you should first prepare the relevant materials including your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from your family, and your relationship certificate and other requirements. Next, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to submit the application.0
