It is ok to visit Harbin with my 5 yrs old daughter? will it be too cold?

When will you go there anyway? It is very cold there in winter, and the lowest temp in Dec. may fall to -20 degrees or so. I'm afraid it is not suitable for your kid to go, especially she has adjusted to hot weather in Malaysia.0
