About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Madrid - Beijing / need a visa?

Hi,

I am a French citizen. I will be travelling to BJ from Madrid (with a layover in Germany both ways) from Tuesday March, 6th to March, Sunday 11th --> can I qualify for 144 hr visa free transit?

My itinerary will be Madrid > BJ (with one hour layover in Germany) and BJ > Madrid (with layover in Germany).

Thanks!

No you are not you have to travel to a third Country.
For example. Madrid -Germany - China - Madrid works. But given that your last stop before China and the first one after China are the same (both times Germany) you will not get a visa Transit.
Try to find a direct flight back to Madrid or a layover in another Country than Germany.
