Sydney - Technical stop in Hangzhou - Beijing - Prague

I would like to fly from Sydney to Beijing, have a 2 day break there for transit 72hr free transit and fly to Czech Republic. The flight has technical stop in Hangzhou for 3 or 4 hours. Is possible after this technical stop use the transfer visa in Beijing? Thanks a lot!
