Is it possible for an indonesian citizen to apply for UK visa in China?

Can you tell me how and where? If so, what are the documents that i have to prepare.

That's possible and you can try to do it from the UK Visa Information - China. Usually you need to prepare your passport and its copy, the residence permit in China, the application form, passport-style photos, round trip air tickets, hotel reservation and other requirements.
