About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does an hour stopover to change planes make the stopover the "third country destination"?

I travel from Paris (France) to Beijing for a four day stay, on the new 144hr TWOV scheme, with a change of plane and short transit in Doha (Qatar). Then I travel from Beijing to Tbilisi (Georgia) with a change of plane and 60-minute transit in Doha? In these circumstances, which country is regarded as the Third Country Destination - Qatar or Georgian?

I will much appreciate your clarification.

Thank you.

For the chinese immigration you fly Doha - Beijing - Doha so it´s not a transit and you can´t use the 144h twov.
