Taxi in beijing: from airport to Hanting Express

i will arrive around at 20.00pm and heading to one of the hotel in the downtown (probably Hanting Express Beijing Agriculture Exhibition Center) and wondering how much would it cost ?
Must I make a call to get a taxi from airport?
Which taxi company is safe and fast price ?
