jinshanling to simatai on 7 march

Hi, are there buses on March 7th from Beijing to Jinshanling?..and from there is it possible to walk up to Simatai and take there a public bus in the late afternoon to Beijing?...Do i have to buy two ticket in Jinshanling for walk to Simatai Great Wall exit?Thanks Franco

2 is wrong, I was hiking today but the connection between Jishanling and Simatai is still closed.
