About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Am I eligible for the 144 hour free visa transit?

I have an Irish passport and have residency in the UAE!
I will be leaving from Dubai airport to Beijing airport (arriving in Beijing on March 25th at 18.15pm and leaving Beijing on March 28th at 7.50am to fly onto Hong Kong)

Do I need a visa or will I be covered with the 144 hour free visa transit?

Thank you in advance!

Dubai-Beijing-Hong Kong on non-stop flights and an Irish passport is fine for visa-free transit (residency is irrelevant).

Thanks for your reply!

My flight from Dubai to Beijing is a connecting flight with a stopover of a couple of hours in Guangzhou! So would this mean I will need a visa ?

Thanks!
