Hi I fly ( English so Uk British passport holder) into SH on the 23rd of this February i stay 2 nights in SH befow boarding a cruise ship on the 25th for a 14 day cruise fort port of Call is Japan the cruise ends up in Singapore Can you confirm I qualify for the 144 hour visa free transit?
