Procedure to apply for Residence Permit

I would like to know the documents required for processing residence permit extension. I was in Hangzhou and i moved to Guangzhou for work and I also just got my Guangzhou work permit. Please let me know the steps and also how many days it will take it to process residence permit.

First, you should provide your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, health certificate, working certificate, as well as other required documents. It may take 10 to 15 working days to process it.

My Wife arrived in China(Tianhe, Guangzhou) with S1 Visa. I am in the process of applying residence permit for her. I have the necessary documents such as Marriage Certificate attested in Chinese embassy, Medical Examination Report, Passport, and my passport, permit documents. Now I am trying to apply residence permit for her but I don't have information on how to apply residence permit on PSB site in English. Kindly share me the Residence Permit Application form and the steps for applying the permit including the PSB address.
