About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

I have 22 hours lay over , do I need a visa free transit or just at the airport ?

I am going to Indonesia but there is a 22 hours lay over , My huband's holding Indonesian passport, does he needs to get free transit and how do I apply ?
