About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We are from the netherlands we have booked a cruise from Singapore to Tianjin

the cruise have multi stops also Hong Kong our booked flight to Amsterdam is the next day from from beijing airport can we get a 24-Hour TWOV at the arrival cruise port.
