About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Seoul- Beijing-Seoul-Shangai

Is it possible to use 144 hrs from Seoul to Beijing then back to Seoul to fly to Shanghai Disneyland?

Seoul-Beijing-Seoul clearly isn't a transit, so you'd need a visa for that.

Seoul - Beijing - Seoul is not a transit and you have to apply for a visa.

Seoul -Shanghai - ? if you fly to a third country other than S.Korea then you´re fine for the 144h twov.

I have a separate ticket Guam-Seoul, then I wanted to visit China from Seoul to Beijing and back to Guam.

If you travel Guam-Seoul-Beijing-Guam, you will be eligible for the 144 hour TWOV.
