About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

We are going on a cruise from the Wusonkou port. Do I need a visa for a 1 day layover?

We are traveling from California to Shanghai. If we get to Shanghai a day earlier than the cruise start date, do we need visas?

Well, no visa is needed if your next stop is a third international region, since you can apply for a 72h visa free transit.
