Requirements for Filipina to get married in china

I work in China. Is it enough to get a single status affidavit signed by the consul from the Philippine embassy or do I need a different certificate of single status? I'm going to marry a Chinese citizen in China.

Grace, no, it is not enough. You need to get a single status certificate from the police station in your home country. And then you need to get the certificate notarized by the local notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs of Philippines. Afterwards, get the certificate attested by the embassy of China in Philippines.
