About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Arriving in Beijing Capital Airport with intel flight, then to Hiroshima with CA153 via Dalian

I want to take a flight from Singapore to Hiroshima in Japan (HIJ). Air China offers a connection with direct flight SIN-PEK, then second flight CA 153 PEK-HIJ. However, CA 153 makes a landing in Dalian (DLU) in between and then continues to HIJ. This means, the flight from PEK to DLU will be handled as a domestic flight, therefore a visa would be needed in advance, right? I have a German passport.

Well, if the whole transit is less than 24h, you can enjoy a 24h visa free transit; if not, yes, you need to get a Chinese visa in advance.
