A Lebanese living in India and will need to apply a China visa, where should he go?

How can he apply for the China visa?

Nancy, he should apply for it from the CVASC.
If he wants to apply for a tourist L type, he should first prepare passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, hotel reservation, round trip air tickets, residence permit in India, as well as proof of financial support.
Next, submit the application to the CVASC.
