About:Changchun

Hi I am Ukranian and i am currently in China, i am planning to go to Malaysia,

then go back to china, can i get the china student visa ( application JW202) there in Malaysia,Kuala Lumpur? When the Chinese Embassy open in Fabruary ( Because I am going there on Chinese New Year) and how fast it is possible to do?

You are advised to make the application in your home country because the CVASC in Malaysia is closed during Chinese New Year.

Thank you for answer! That is why I am asking when do they work on February? And if in general I can apply for Chinese student visa in Malaysia?

The CVASC is closed from February 15-19, 2018.
You can apply for it there. Give it a try.
