About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a New Zealand passport and live in the US.

I plan to arrive in Beijing on 20 February, and have meetings on 21 and 22 February. I fly to Hong Kong on 23 February for some meetings. Then on 24 February, I fly to Beijing to connect to flight back to the US, so will be in transit only. Can I get the 72 or 144 hour visa on arrival?
