my niece will accompany me for a vacation to honkong without her parents.

I am an Indian national and travelling to Honkong for 6day vacation with my family. My niece will accompany me during this vacatipn alone without her parents. so apart from valid pp tickets hotel bookings and noc from her parents and will apply for online registration..is there any other requirement??pls advice
