About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I’m from the uk. I’m flying from shanghai to Guangzhou then to Amsterdam and then to Manchester uk.

I’m not sure if I can get at 24 hour, 72 hour or 144 hour visa. I arrive into shanghai at 2.35am and then leave from shanghai at 7pm to Guangzhou. Arrive there at 12am and leave to go to Amsterdam

You need a visa in advance or you need to change your flights. Transit including multiple stops within China is permitted at Guangzhou only when the first transit point is Beijing (PEK).
