can I get my work visa in another country like Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Malaysia?Can I visit Hong Kong and Macau with China work (z) type?

As I know, you had better make the application in your home country.The work Z type cannot be sued to enter HK and Macau. Different visas will be needed.
