About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Shuttle Bus

I have to go Puodong airport (PVG) from Hongqiao airport(SHA) at 10:30 PM.

How can I go? Is there any possibility of shuttle bus? if not what about availability of taxi and its fare?

Yes, you can still take the shuttle bus line 1 to Pudong Airport. As I know, the last bus departs at 23:00. If you miss it, the taxi fare is around 210-220RMB.
