do iranian citizen need visa to transit through hong kong?

I am planning to go from vancouver to singapore and i have to be transit via hk. I hold iranian passport with canadian pr card. Will i need hk’s visa to transit?

If just for transit without going through the immigration of HK, no visa is needed as I know. But if you will go into the city, you have to hold a visa.
