About:China Visa Exemption

Do we need a visa if on cruise with 1 day stop in Beijing , Shanghai and Hong Kong?

We are on a cruise and will only be touring with a group of 20-40 people while in China. We will stop in Incheon Korea after leaving the USA. We next stop in Tianjin (Beijing tour), then Shanghai, Okinawa, Taipei and then Hong Kong.
Will we need a Chinese Visa and if so how many entries?
