About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Our airline is not listed in In town check in service, hong kong

can we still ride in airport express since our airline is not listed in the In town check in services? How about our luggage?

Don't worry! Although your airline is not listed among them, you can still take the Airport Express, which is for all passengers. However, u cannot check in your luggage in town at Kowloon or HK station then. Instead, you have to check it in at HKIA.
