About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is Xi`an included in the visa free transit area

If we are on an organized tour of Beijing and Xi`an, originating in Beijing, are we eligible for thefree transit?

You are limited to 24 hours direct transit if you stop in two cities.
