About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

flying from San Diego to Vancouver to Shanghai landing 1 day early for a 8 day cruise to Japan.

We will start and depart from Shanghai. What type of Visa do we need?

You will travel San Diego – Vancouver – Shanghai – Japan – USA? If yes, you can use the free transit in Shanghai in both directions.
