Upon landing, you can take bus no.E23 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Shanghai Street, Jordan Road. The whole way takes around 65 minutes. And the ticket fare is 18 HKD per person. After arriving, walk southeast around 200 meters to find the hotel. :)1

You can also take bus no.A22 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Shanghai Street, Jordan Road. The ticket fare is 39 HKD per person. It takes around 40 mins on the way. This way will save some time.
From your hotel to Lantau Island, take bus no.E23 from Woosung Street, Jordan Road to Tung Chung Fire Station, Shun Tung Road. Then transfer to bus no.23 from Yu Tung Court to Ngong Ping 360. The whole way takes around 1.5 hours. The ticket fare is 31.2 HKD per person.
If you wanna go to the Lantau Island from HKIA directly, take bus no.A35 from Airport (Passenger Terminal Building) to Tung Chung Town Centre. Then transfer to bus no.23 to Ngong Ping 360 directly. The duration is around 70 mins. It costs 32.2 HKD per person.0

You are advised to take Tsuen Wan Line from Jordan Station to Central Station, Exit E. Then walk southeast around 400 meters to find the Peak Tram Garden Road Terminus. After arriving, you can take the cable car to the Victoria Peak.0
