About:Visa Policy of China

I am travelling from Norway to Bali, and Bali to Norway in july.

I have a 12 hour layover in Guangzhou on my way to Bali, and an 17 hour layover going back to Norway 15 days later.

do i need an Transit Visa to leave the airport? Do I need to apply for one both ways?

You need a double-entry transit visa to leave the airport if you are a Norwegian citizen.
