I have a Bulgarian passport can I use the 144 transit free transit

Hello, dear agents!
We are traveling on a cruise trip departing from Singapore, the last port is Shanghai, we are disembarking on 25mar2018 at 7.00 a.m, than we have some days to see Shanghai(we have hotel voucher for 5 nights and return ticket for 30th March), our tickets for the return flight are for 30 march2018 , Qatar Airways at 23:50 p.,. local Shanghai time. Can we use 144h rule. We enter from Shanghai cruise port, and exit the Republic from Pudong International Airport.
