About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I am flying from Malaysia to Beijing Capital and transit for fly to Harbin.

I have 2 1/2 hour to proceed for fly to harbin (Air China). May I know enough time for me to do the Immigration and Custom clearance catch the connecting flights to Harbin? Thank you
