Between classes

Hi- can you tell me if you can walk between the hard sleeper to soft sleeper class? As well as the deluxe sleeper class on the HK to SH trains?

I suppose you cannot walk freely between each carriages, especially this ride from HK. Due to the immigration issue, you cannot walk through other carriages for domestic section for Guangzhou to Shanghai.
