About:China Work Visa

I am Italian citizen but residing in Indonesia.

My employer asked to fly back to Italy, legalize my documents there and once I've got my visa fly to China. I have ased to Embassy of China in Jakarta if it could be possible do apply in Indonesia. So far, I have got a more confusing reply. Is possible to go to china on a business M type legalize my docunents in china and ask to my employer to change my business M type into a working permit.

Marco, no, I’m afraid you cannot legalize the documents in China. You should do that at the embassy of China in your home country.
