About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Can I get a X2 type in Hong Kong (I have a british passport)

I no longer have time to get a visa in my own country but I will be in hong kong 7th-20th Feb just before I need to enter china. Is it possible to get a X2 type from hong kong? thanks
