Where can I buy SIM Card for my unlocked us Cell phone at Pudong airport?

Recommendation for a plan for mostly data usage for 3 weeks in Shanghai, Huangshan and Hangzhou area please?

Hi, there is a counter at the International Arrival Hall where the SIM card is available. I suggest you get a GoTone card of China Mobile if your phone accepts their card. The CNY88 package is a recommendation for data use and call.
